It isn't a font. The kerning (spaces between letters) shows it is most likely done by hand.

The lowercase letters look a little bit like "Scrap Calligraphy":

... but the joins between letters are missing, and the capitals are all wrong. And again, unless they intentionally intended to deceive by manually adjusting kerning, it looks like it was done by a steady hand.
