With 40 years experience in programming, and coding for the web since it was borm (92), in 2008, I created a site called "WebTV", providing live streaming TV shows. It was the most complex website I ever made! I tried to put it back up today, but it is going to "cost" me a lot of time.
But it is not the only thing you want: you want more!

"Embedding" videos form Youtube means using their APIs (if they have one). APIs are usually quite complex, they have incomplete, inaccurate manuals, and they are totaly unreliable: they change on the whims of their coder(s)...
I am not sure what you mean by "mixtape download", so I won't comment.
Nevertheless, and no knowing your current experience, I can only tell you that your skills must be 100% in HTML5, javascript, AJAX, php, mysql AT LEAST.
You will NEVER, EVER, EVER, develop what you want using ANY kind of "website builder": you HAVE to start from scratch, with a text editor (Notepad++). Once you have the basic site (structure), add one of the features you want, one by one.
It may take you a couple of months to get your basic site... but it may take you years, headaches, depression, frustration, murder intentions once you get to the "specialized" feratures!

You could make a website from scratch by using mark up, and code. You could use a blogging website such as tumblr, or blogger. You could use a content management system such as WordPress.
You should not assume if you make a website from scratch, it will be easy. Because you will make mistakes as you learn, and NEVER assume your work is good. Because someone else can verify it, and maybe find mistakes that were made.

Okay like i said i'm a beginner could you slow things down for me please. what do they do, in what order do they need to be learn't
For small to average businesses PHP. For large projects c#.
Alongside these, you would need to learn HTML, CSS, Javascript(with jquery and even angularJS). Ruby can also be used, Python, Perl. If the project is really big you might even use C.
PHP is the best choice for being able to have cheap hosting. Ruby brings fast creation and C# is used for big projects mainly because it is a much faster language than PHP due to the fact that it is compiled.

If there is any help it would be much appreciated as i know there are different types of websites i just don't understand the difference.
Also what software is best to create websites? don't mind how advanced it is i'm good with computers and i'm not in a rush to get it done
