Do images saved through screen capture add-on or software remain under copyright laws even they don't display waterm

yes.

Whether or not there is a watermark has absolutely nothing to do with whether something is copyrighted. It is copyrighted until the copyright expires, typically 95 years after publication, under US copyright laws. The requirement for proper copyright notice upon publication was abolished in 1989 in the USA.

In other words, if the images was copyrighted before the screen capture, it's still copyrighted after the screen capture. If the image was not copyrighted, then there is nothing anyone can do to make it copyrighted again (unless you have powerful friends in Congress).

Yes, there are still under Copyrights.

Copyrights rules apply as soon as an image is created, and for everybody! It DOES NOT need to be "registered" anywhere.

The only problem is that the "owner" of the original item will have:

1. To find out you have copied it;

2. To prove that he made the design before you

3. To sue you!

That depends on whether the image is of copyrighted material...just cause you have a paid version of screen capture doesn't mean you can record and distribute the superbowl. etc

None of the answers are correct. Experts on image edition can alter the snapshot by a lot of ways.
