You don't sell commissioned logos.
A commission is when someone hires you under contract to produce art for their needs. You are commissioned to make logos. Once you provide your client with the art, it is theirs to use, under conditions you agree upon beforehand.
If you are selling logos, you likely made them yourself for your own use, so they aren't commissioned.
Simply owning a copy of Photoshop doesn't mean that people will hire you. Photoshop is just a tool, like a drill press or a welding torch. You need to demonstrate your talent as a graphic artist by means of a portfolio.
