WebGL runs inside the browser and is accessed using JavaScript. Java on the other hand has some bindings to the OpenGL API (which WebGL is based on). Anyway, those are two distinct programming languages, that may look similar on the surface (both are based on C) but are actually fairly different from each other.

If you want to learn WebGL and JavaScript you should search Google for some JavaScript tutorials to get a grasp of the programming language and the way it interacts with the browser. Then you can learn WebGL. Note that WebGL is a 3D graphics API and as such requires at least some knowledge of concepts from linear algebra, e.g. vectors, matrices, transformations.

But the thing is.. I tried to learn it before but I got really sad because I could not remember all that code D: Any links and/or tips would be really appreciated!
