Obviously you cant use anything that isn't yours. Thats common sense.

I am working on an app in Xcode for iPhone. It is very simple, it will have a button that will play an audio file. the audio file is from a popular vine. Do i have a legal right to use it, or will i need to get permission from the creator of the vine? Thanks so much for your help.
