Someone has sent me a file, which I think was made using the Oracle Bi Publisher, and it's empty. the links aren't working either. It initially said that i need a JAVA ENABLED device or something to view it. I HAVE ALREADY ENABLED THE JAVA. it is in its latest version, too but is still cannot view! its still the same. Please help
