Who is hosting your website and what error do you get when you try to access your website? Did it work before and stop working, or is it a new site that has not worked yet? Without that info we would have no clue whether you are just making a typo in the URL, the site is not configured properly, or if a new site you neglected to remove the default index file in your web directory and substitute it with a suitable index file.
