1/4 into a decimal with work please?l?

1/4 =

2/10+1/20=0.25

It's difficult to type, but all you have to do is divide 1 by 4 with any kind of division. 4 goes into 1.0 two times so it's .20

Then 4 goes into .02 five times. So it comes out to be .25

1/4 = 1 divided by 4. 4 will go into 1 .25 times.

Yes, 1/4 can be made into a decimal, and it will take some work. But if you want someone to do your homework for you, you're asking to fail the class, because when this (or similar) question comes up on a test, you won't have anyone to answer for you, and because you never learned how to do it, you'll fail the test.

Good luck on your homework, but please don't cheat; cheaters are losers.

N

You simply have to use long division. I learned that in 3rd grade.
