True, but there are plenty of apps released under Apache 2.0 license and apps about these things are made solely for betterment of mankind - or at least preventing, in some sense, heinous acts...

well that stuff is confidential, people aren't going to do all the hard work then hand you the code obviously

I want to make an app for android and for different language that will be similar/same to some existing applications due to my own inability to code anything complex.

My country is faced with an increasing number of children being raped and killed before police can do anything.
