they are botted responces from individuals trying to earn money from a few minutes programming and networking and POSSIBALLY could be fraudsters, I say this NOT understanding your device, your network, your local civil intrusion platforms, or how you connect, so I could be wrong or just plain tech dumb.
I recently uploaded my first android app, and I have been getting some emails from random individuals saying that they can get my app promoted/reviewed for a certain price. Is this just a scam? If it's not a scam then do they just use bots to do reviews? Even if it is legit would it ever be worth spending money on these app promoters? For example, one guy emailed me saying he can get me 100 android reviews for $99 or like 2000 android reviews for $1744.
