If you merely want more "sparkle", it is much easier to use "eyelights". These are any available lights you can find, set beside or behind the camera, so their reflections appear in your subject's eyes.
While it can be done in video editing software, it takes quite a bit more time and effort, and isn't something that can easily be done by the inexperienced.
Any more complex reflections are either done by greatly illuminating the scene to be reflected, or through special effects software.

I'm talking when, say a person is stationary for only a couple of seconds, and i want to add reflection and shine into her eyes.
