In the quoted editor there is a toolbar full of icons. Next to the smiley icon there is one that looks like a globe with a chain. That is the one to click on. First select the word, then click on that link icon and fill in the URL for the picture.

I'm on my iPhone and in trying to have it work on quotev. I want to have where it's like, for example, 'Apple' and when you clicked on it, it took you to a picture of an apple. Something like that. Please help. Sorry if it's confusing.
