then reboot into the bootloader and flash whatever you want.
Note: Some devices will have a locked bootloader, so you would need to root these.
If that's what you want to use it for, why ask for a virus...!?

i would like to know how to make a virus that will target a specified device and erase the OS on it for android. Dont worry i will not send this to anyone pc i have a problem with my android tablet stuck in a boot loop and i cant get into the recovery menu. and is what i am asking for possible.
