I want to make an approximately 18 second gif, but the websites I've found ask for premium to make anything over 10 seconds. If there's a program to make gifs then that'd be even better, but I want to know if there's a way of making one for free. I WANT TO CREATE MY ->OWN<- GIF FROM A YOUTUBE VIDEO
