Do you mean by that a page that shows tags? If so, go to customise, scroll down to add a page and then give it the url /tagged/Vacation2010 or something like that but be sure to include '/tagged'. Then when you post photos, tag them as Vacation2010 and then the pictures will show up when you go to that page.

So I want to make a tumblr page where when you click on the link on my homepage, it brings to another page with other links. Like, on my homepage, if you click the link that says "pictures" it will bring me to another page where I have links to albums. "Vacation 2010, Amelia Age 1, Photography Class" etc. How do I do that?
