A free Dropbox account comes with 2GB, 3GB more if you install the Dropbox app.
Regarding 2. that's not really a technical feature of an image host. Unless we are talking vector images (.svg), upscaling an image will _always_ reduce the quality.
For #2 you're probably better off just re-sizing images directly in an image editor such as Photoshop then uploading it where you like.
Title says it all really. I'm looking for one that is: 1. Free, 2. Can resize images without losing quality, 3. Has plenty of storage space. Thanks
