If you want to try solving it yourself, look at the user's manual OR search for a user's manual online. I'm not sure if you have a Mac or PC, so I don't know how to help you best.
On PC, go to the Start Menu (in Windows 7, it's at the bottom left - the big blue button with the Windows symbol on it) and click "Help and Support". This will be on the right side of the Start menu. From there, you can type in a question in the Search bar. If you want to know your computer's model, stay in the Start menu. On the same side as "Help and Support", there will be something called "Computer". RIGHT CLICK on "Computer" and select "Properties" at the bottom. This gives you all of your system's information which would be helpful if you want to look up a user's manual online OR call a customer service for your computer.
Again, that's for PCs only! I hate Macs so if you have one, here's what I suggest:
1. Throw your computer in any trash can.
2. Buy a PC.
Thank you for calling me a dummie I have HP 8.0 I have squamous cell in my throat atumor and it is now in my lungs I have had 43 radiation treatments I lost count of the 4 to 5 hour chemo treatments surgery in june to remove the tumor and lymph nodes on my left went back into the hospital on the 18th got home Saturday the tumor is back swelling in my throat so bad I have trouble swallowing so yes I am a dummy that deserves to die
