Are you familiar with wordpress or weebly? They're more convenient when making a website. You can actually just select a theme that you want and add content. Since you have knowledge on CSS and HTML, I think that would be helpful. But if you find it hard, aunt yahoo is there or uncle google to help you find friends who can actually help you with that.
