I am doing a project for Halloween and I want to have 2 LEDs blink on and off as well as a audio file to play when I press a button. Specifically I want to play Billy The Puppet's laughter, the puppet from the SAW movies. However, I don't know how to do that at all. Can any of you help me with this or direct me to a website that will tell me more about how to do this? I have an Arduino Uno R3. I really want to know how to play the file on the arduino.
