you need to take courses in those languages to learn how to program anything ,never mind complicated RPG's

Does anyone know any good engine to develop games in C++ or C?

I want to make rpg games.

Also if you know other good engines(Don't suggest me Unity because i have issues running it) please tell me.

Also i want the engine to make android + PC games.
