How do I see a distanced text/object in a photo?

Internet photos are very low resolution and, since the text is small to begin with, there's no way to make it less blurry. The image just doesn't have the resolution necessary to show the small details. Go to images.google.com and see if you can find an original (non-internet) photo of the same image that has better resolution.

You could do 2 things, either hold ctrl and press the "+" key, or click on settings and there should be a zoom box which allow you to adjust you zoom settings

Holt CTRL and roll your mouse wheel

There is a photo of a boy who has a blue shirt, and there is text on his shirt. But I can't read it because it's distanced and blurry. Is there a certain program I can use to expand and reveal this particular text?
