I'm struggling to create my first app.  I use jQuery, but not familiar with the JavaScript syntax, so I'd rather learn C# if that was the only option.  I just saw Blend.  That looks a little more my style for developing.  What I would really like is to code in Python or PHP and have it ported to windows 8. Does anything like this exist, or even possible?  Thanks.
