You have to have administration rights(own the web site) to get to the css files

How about right click,
Click F12 in internet explorer than CTRL+B then simply mouse click an element
im new at html and css and im using mozilla x-ray goggles to find html codes in websites but it doesn't display css so is there any tool out there to find css codes ?
