I like my screen at 100% and it has been ok for 10 years. I do not have a high resolution monitor. Thanks for trying to help, but zoom level is definitely not the problem.

With Chrome, you can change your default zoom level. I set it to 125% and things now look the way they used to.

most web sites are designed to be viewed at 1024x768, not 1080p. you need to increase the size to 150%+ to fill the screen
