Setup Office 365 user email as read-only?

Hi everyone,

We have an employee in our office that likes to send e-mail messages that make no sense and are potentially harming to our clients and contracts.

We have Office 365 Midsize business. The inbox is currently setup to forward all incoming messages to upper management, but we cannot figure out how to DISABLE the user from replying. We would like him to be able to view email messages but not reply.

I have tried creating a new OWA policy but I couldn't figure that out. I also tried to disable /self as Send As but that doesn't do the trick either.

Please any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
