This question has been asked a million times BUT nobody EVER says what is giving them an error 14. Error 14 is an ERROR. That's ALL anyone can tell you if you don't tell us WHAT is giving error 14.

OS API error? (Which OS?!?) Runtime error? (which language?? version?!?). Can't you write an error/exception handler that displays the error text???
