try x-cart, zen-cart, or magento. all of them can help you to set up multivender eshops.
Am looking to put a website for ecommerce, that will have multiple vendors, the vendors will have access to their own account (back end), the site will have auction and fix price items. I have been looking at Magento and Wordpress but not sure which platform will work the best for me. I like to use already made modules to put the site together, to keep the cost down, since I am hiring free lancer to help me put the site together. What is your suggestion?
