Everybody and their dog now-a-days are writing mobile apps.
Most apps are free or next to nothing, and most apps have dozens of imitations. When you do the math the 'average' app programmer is making a few dollars or nothing.
A very small percentage are making enough to live on. Most of the real money-makers are companies, not individuals.
How many olives does an average olive eater eat weekly?
Do you personally know any olive eaters? How do they manage to exist if they only eat olives?
Oh, the olive eaters you know also eat other food?
So, can someone who writes mobile apps also write non-mobile apps?
I suppose some people can earn a living doing nothing but writing mobile apps, but really, how many more mobile apps are needed. I hardly use any, and I've never paid for one.
Either daily or weekly. And how can one start creating them?... Thanks.
