Hi I need to make a highlight video that I can send over to America to try and get a scholarship to play football over there.

I've got all of my footage, but now I just need to find a good programme to cut down my clips and most importantly be able to highlight myself, so for example pause the clip and put a circle around myself.

Does anybody know any good programmes that do this im really having trouble finding one? Thanks a lot for your help!
