This is very important. I came from an industry that falls under design. 100% of communication from supervising manager was through doodles/sketches of his red pen. It was like deciphering hieroglyphics. I just want a more intelligent form of communication from a person that walks upright. Preferably written or verbal communication. Typed full sentences accompanied by verbal communication.

Primary is written, they tell you what they want, how they want it and how to do it.

If you need help or you are in a jam, someone is always there to insist you orally!

However, depending on the company, some expect you to read some mumbo-jumbo and learn sign-language and yet some companies actually have personnel available to you when you need help!
