as example, if the word appears in cell A1, then any cell you want it to also appear, just put "=A1" without the quotes. Then whenever you change the word in A1, any cell that has =A1 will correspondingly change. If the cell reference will be dragged, you can specify absolute reference with dollar signs like this to prevent row and column from changing:
