I believe it is either a computer or a programmable download. It's comics such as Scott Pilgrim where if you look close enough, the shaded parts are covered in tiny dots which maske them technological.

Does anyone know the name of the product and how much it costs? There is also a technological pen that the artists would use to draw on the screen.
