Click on the title bar and drag it. You should see an icon appear on the right hand side, halfway down the screen. Drag until your cursor is inside that icon. When you let go of the mouse button, it should dock on the right.

You can dock it in other locations as well, just use one of the other icons that show up.

Right now it is set to the left of the scroll bar just floating in the middle of the screen. Here is where it is located now.
